she had already established residency at the house there and she was in the process of getting a 2nd residence. just because it was not her primary residence there does not mean she did not still have residency at the house where she was currently paying rent for. if you are paying rent then you are a resident by law. he can't just throw her out . he has to go through proper legal eviction process.
