Lol. ICO's are openly promising 80X returns in a month

To be a bank, prop house, or an exchange; there is a huge barrier to entry with regulations and what not. With crypto that isn't even a consideration. Consumers have to have "faith" that exchange/crypto creators aren't absconding with their money and are abiding by ethical/strict monetary policy.

One thing I NEVER see anyone question is what is the salary/wages these exchanges/crypto makers paying themselves? What are they paying their employees? HOW are they paying their employees? What are they paying in office space. What is their operating costs?

In a normal business/exchange that's all public information and by law. With crypto it is the wild west, and no one cares.
