Avoid coworkers so I can eat lunch alone. Go home as soon as work is over and not have to see another living soul until I go to work. Checking out at the grocery store is the only social interaction I usually have outside of work.

I'm lonely, but also loneliness can be a vicious cycle with intentional isolation.

The internet has destroyed society. I can practically live my life without social interaction. I can do pretty much every errand without interacting with a human. I order groceries and food online and have them leave it on my doorstep. Self checkout at the store. Online banking and check cashing. Etc. Etc .. People are even doing online therapy now.

It is sad.
