Loner student 'who liked Trump, Le Pen and mocked Syrian refugees online' is charged with six counts of murder for gunning down Muslim men as they prayed in a Quebec City mosque

Considering you're painting all republicans with the same brush again you clearly don't understand what I'm trying to get across to you, aside from the fact I'm neither republican or from America. American people need to come together and debate more. Your universities have ended open debate and people no longer want to talk about their opinions or political views. To put it into perspective if your democrat party was a UK party it would be our current government. The Conservative party. If you vote Tory in the UK you don't talk about it because people shame you and you are considered immoral and right wing. In the US you are considered liberal for voting for a similar party.

The above comparison is there to show that just because you voted a certain way doesn't mean you are a certain type of person. A lot of what people who voted for trump saw was a PR machine and didn't really take him seriously when he was openly racist. That is a problem. Those people can't shrug off responsibility for how they voted but you can't call them racist, in denial of their racism or subconsciously racist. It only serves to make the problem larger and the words racist and fascist have started to lose weight. Let's save those for actually racist minded people. You'll find a lot of these people will probably vote differently in four years time but more of them will if we looked at how we are all debating and communicating our opinions with each other.
