Long story short - no tools on octopi

So I was up too late trying to set it up, up to early STILL trying to set it up. Can't install Chrome is my biggest struggle. Every guide is showing tools bar, I do not have that bar. I'm at 6+ hours messing with this and googling just to get a web browser. I have run pacman -S yaourt and pacaur still no options. I'm finding this to be very difficult! Did not have this struggle on Mint. This Octopi is the only package manager I have (I think)

Any help on how to get Chrome would be great. Along with any other tips on what I'm missing here. On Mobile because it was in my hand already for googling! Also I'm getting screen tearing while scrolling in Firefox, I did update everything and selected proprietary drivers for Nvidia
