Looking for the best "Game to play after a long day of work"

I mean if you really want to get into a "debate" about this, I'm not venting. I don't yell or scream while doing these activities in game, I don't hit or break things. I'm an almost 40-year-old man who finds an almost zen-like state when doing these off the wall batshit things I would never do in real life. Because GTAV has an almost "Realistic" setting rooted in a world of bizarre exaggerations and ridiculous actions. I'm sure on the whole that venting like that article describes is indeed bad for yourself. I remember throwing tantrums into my pillow during college when I'd get frustrated at the stress of work. I never "feel better" when doing that.

But gaming is this weird escapism that allows us to either escape the real world, enhance it or simply just enjoy something that puts our body at ease. Or rather, allows me, I don't want to make judgement for other gamers.
