Looking for a community

Well it may be an idea to try to analyze what those issues are, and what could be done to try to avoid things that amplify them.

Trans people often have issues with body images etc. It may help to try to stick to mental images of what people like and that are in reach. It may also be possible to regularly do a few small things people like for motivation. It can take some time in the beginning to make a mental change because many people are often used to concentrate on things they don't like. But if it is done consciously there may be steady progress.

Talking a few things through with a gender therapist may also be helpful. They may help with underlying issues and they might know coping strategies.
