The only reason I was hesitant to discuss the costs was because I'll get downvotes and responses like "there's already resources for this". Not that I really care, but I'm a stickler for redundant info myself. Apologies!

I'm also considering the possibility of renting a smaller place for the interim, spending a year just getting adjusted, and then try to upgrade to see what I'm most comfortable with. By then I think if have a good idea of where is best to live. Id love to get it spot on the first time like I did in my current place, but it's less stressful to be... flexible about it I guess? I should try to do that mindset more.
