Just had that Bell delivered today. I’m in between head sizes and shapes(small-medium, intermediate-round oval) and found the helmet to fit quite small in size Small, with a good amount of pressure on my temples. Pressure was immediate and a bit painful.

Pressure on my temples was due to my brow being pressed up onto a hard part of the helmet past the padding. Also had a lot of trouble getting glasses on.

Also tried an Arai Quantum X, which fit well but was a bit too round for me. Currently I’ve got a Shoei X-14 that fits alright, but the Medium is a bit looser than I’d like. Larger cheek pads helped a bit but still wanting something tighter.
