Looking for input from other naturally muscular women

I can relate to this and I think it is genetic. Im now a mother of three and I’ve learned to be really proud of being strong. I don’t have the same issue with your upper body but with my legs / glutes / calves...I just have to touch leg weights, the squat rack or any form of leg exercise like cycling, soccer or hockey and my lower body just balloons in size. My husband is the opposite. He will have slightly more upper body strength (not much) but I would say my legs and glutes are significant stronger than his. He sometimes laughs when we do Indian leg wrestling as a family and I fire him across the room. My upper body never catches up and looks very thin in comparison but I prefer sport and adventure than being stuck in a gym on a hot day stressing about my lats.
