Was looking for a job and

Aldi is more demanding on their staff. They are required to be train for all the positions in store and they expect their staff to work at a fast pace and be able to lift heavy items. Also, Aldi is the exception to the American market as it is German influence. So the store has more social welfare benefits like for about 60$ they cover dental, docs and pills. They offer vacation for part time staff as well. A lot of people don't last in Aldi because it is very demanding on the body and it is not a job for the older people because their body can't keep up with demand. In stop and shop, they have people in working in their 70s and they are very slow in terms of speed.
