This movie was like about a kickboxer losing his mind, I remember there was a scene where he was shaving his head or changing the color of his hair. It's vague, I'm sorry.

The last scene of the movie, it's like an underground parking garage, I want to say in a hospital. The scene itself its the crazy kickboxer and some guy wearing a white lab coat I think, but they like take of their clothes to show off their muscles prior to fighting and begin to fight. The kickboxer loses his arm and replaces it with a hook or claw of some sort.

The movie really is trying to be serious as a triller action/karate/kung-fu movie, but it fails ultimately.

It's like watching the Room.
