Looking for some help clarification with my garage sub panel

It's 50 amp service fed by a the other shop (I have a 2-bay, he has a 2-bay). It services just the garage. The house is fed from another meter entirely.

The welder is 50 amps, but will never be run anywhere near capacity. There are 3 20 amp circuits (overhead lights, compressor) and 3 15 amp circuits for recepts. The well is a mystery. For all I know it pulls fuck all, but they tapped it into one of the breakers I'd installed.

All of these obviously (with the exception of recepts) have a pretty substantial inrush current, but the likelihood of overloading the main breaker isn't very high.

And yes I know the panel isn't clean. The wires fed from the topside are mine, the rest were already here. I'm not trying to be a nominee for /r/cableporn haha. I'll clean it up some when I run the new circuit and have the landlord fix the feed. Neutral line is hot, hot is hot, hot 2 is fuck knows what and the shared ground/neutral are on a 12 guage bare wire.

Didn't even realize how bad they fucked it up until someone pointed it out in another thread.
