Looking for a very good build for gaming, homework, and videos in the price range of $1500

This build will get you the most performance for the budget.

It has a top of the line i7 7700k combined with a good cooler and motherboard. Its great for overclocking and will crush any game/editing program/rendering program.

I also added 16 gb (you can upgrade it to 64 gb in the future) dual channel high speed (3000 mhz, ensures you wont get any frame drops) ram. Anything faster/higher capacity than this will probably be useless even for video editing/rendering.

For storage, you'll get 250 gb of high speed samsung 850 evo series sss storage for fast boot times and fast loading games. You also have 1tb of 7200rpm hdd storage for all your mass storage needs. This one wont be as fast as the ssd but its 7200rpm so it wont be slow either. You probably wont run out of storage with this one.

Now for the gpu, i got a gtx 1080. Its a top of the line gpu (if you dont count the titan xp) and will play any game you want at max settings, 60fps. Most of them at 4k if you have a 4k monitor. It has 8gb of video ram for high resolution textures and shaders. You wont run out of vram with this. Even with ultra textures and ENB graphics mods.

The case is my personal favorite, you can change it if you want, but i think it looks great because of its clean look. It has a side panel window for you to see inside it, and it has good airflow. It also comes with case fans.

For the power supply, there isnt much i can say. It supplys you with a massive 650w which should be plenty for this build, even after you upgrade (untill you sli, but you probably wont since this gpu is pretty powerfull). Its fully modular for easy cable management, and its super efficent, its rated 80+ GOLD. If i need to explain it with 1 word, its awesome.
