Looking forward to the day when this sub-reddit fades away and eventually disappears

Even a levelling our cannot be described as a “second spike”, which is what we’re debating here.

The point is that current evidence does not support the idea that a relaxation of lockdown leads to significant increase of cases or deaths, which seems to be what you (and most of this sub) are trying to argue.

A guy above literally said “lifting lockdown now will lead to more deaths”. There is absolutely no evidence of this, but I would welcome anyone who could offer some, and I will change my position if data supports it in a few weeks. That’s the logical, not the emotional, approach.

But for now people here are just predicting certain doom for the sake of it and they have no data to support the position.
