Looking to install Arch on daily driver Win10 laptop. Need some peace of mind first, so I have a question for those who have removed their Win10 OS in favour of Arch.

I just wanted to point out that if you have your Windows license key, you can download the latest Windows 10 installer from Microsoft and then use your key to activate it. This gets you back to a working windows installation quite easily. Of course, this doesn't install any hardware specific stuff that may have come pre-installed on the system.

You can also run a Windows Virtual Machine under Arch for those really rare cases when for some strange reason you might want to use Windows. Again, you just download the Windows ISO from Microsoft, install it into VirtualBox, and then you can use it whenever you want without having to Reboot into another OS.
