I wouldn’t know exactly how you feel but I would understand by putting myself in your shoes, and I’ve been involved listening to personal experiences from people, thus making me understand someone’s picture based on what they say. It is unconventional, it’s just like that picture where a person has 2 paths infront of him and has to choose, feel miserable and bad about yourself for not making it work with others, or go to the other path where you will find something better. It’s safe to say that you hinting out signs of emotional intelligence hence the clocking part, people would usually beat themselves and think that they’re the problem and overthink that there’s something wrong with them. As for Arabs and Emiratis, they’re known for hospitality and generosity, religion and belief wise we are strongly against judging someone by race, no matter who a person is, what they have, we are all humans and equal.

Not that I would know any better at your workplace, but i would talk to the higher ups like senior managers and discuss it with him to have a meeting with those guys that are giving you a problem and try to get them to resolve their problem with you, but firstly you should set a meeting with them, since they might decline a friendly meeting have the person in charge of them as well. That’s my thoughts
