I think you are trying to make things complicated before even searching properly. There are tons of scholarships available in Indonesia such as LPDP, StuNed, Australian Awards, Erasmus Mundus LEADERSHIP, and many other scholarships if you search thoroughly.

Not all of our degrees are degraded abroad. You could still boost your candidacy by IELTS, GMAT, SAT or other certificates. I know that cos tons of my friends can study abroad without paying a cent. So I guess you are just too lazy to make an effort and blame everything on your current situation.

There are also lots of opportunities to make money here without being a full-time employee. I know someone who makes tons of money by working from home. I think you are just the typical lazy Indonesian who wants to get out asap but don't want to make an extra effort for it. If you can't make it here I don't think you can make it anywhere in the world. Good luck!
