Hi! I see lots of great advice in this thread. It’s definitely doable, it’s just going to take more work. When we are new to IT, we find ourselves in a catch 22, we want a chance to gain experience but companies want us to already have that experience. I would definitely recommend choosing a training course that covers the fundamentals. Having that fundamentals understanding will be crucial. And then of course start building. Hands on labs are great to get that real world hands on experience but you can also build in your own AWS account. Participate in communities like you are doing here; I learn daily from others in our slack channel. And keep applying to jobs that interest you. We have learning paths that may help too, so you can see what courses will help you end up where you want to be. And reach out, we are all here to help!
