Loose skin worry (27/295lbs/6'2")

I'm also on a weight loss journey, aiming to lose 110 lbs. I can't guarantee this will work, as I've got a long way to go, but I've done a fair bit of research.

First, strength training. Lifting weights and building your muscles is a key factor. My arms are a big problem spot for me, so I found a simple but effective arm toning workout, and do it every day. Start with light weights (2 pounds), or even no weights in the beginning, and focus on your form and building the habit. You can increase the weights as you build strength. Next, drink a lot of water and increase your collagen intake. This will help improve your skin's elasticity.

Finally, look into dermarolling. I found a very useful video by a youtuber who had a lot of loose skin on her stomach following the birth of her child. She tried dermarolling once a month for six months and the results were impressive. I don't always trust youtubers for recommendations, but I trust her because it wasn't a sponsorship, and she didn't include the brand name or a link to the roller she used. Good luck on your journey, you can do it!
