Because of the little information you've given, I'm going to have to assume a couple of things, so correct me if I'm wrong.

First of all, when you say you turned to Allah azza wa jal, what type of worship did you do? 5 daily prayers and what else? One du'a' per day? You see, what I'm getting at is, it's not a magic spell. Turning to Allah is a commitment backed by perseverance. It is a determined practice. You have to be fully appreciative of the life Allah azza wa jal provides for you, even if you wish for something else. It's perfectly acceptable, and even recommended by the Prophet, peace be upon him, to ask Allah to change your state of affairs into something more favorable. However, His wisdom far outweighs yours, so ask for Him to grant, from His knowledge, what is best for you, rather than what YOU think is best, because then you'll confuse yourself into dissatisfaction.

This begs the question: how does one fully believe and appreciate Allah's will? It's by strengthening your faith, bro. You need to read more about Islam. Understand why it is that we believe what we believe. Why is it that people can struggle in poverty and torture throughout their lives? Who was the Prophet and what did he go through? Why do we believe Allah even exists? These questions that you have, search humbly for their answers. The more you realize the truth and purpose of our lives, the more sufficient Allah Himself becomes for you. You will be able to persevere through anything, by His will. Perform more supererogatory acts of worship. Visit the nearest mosque often, if possible. Watch online lectures. You aren't the first or last person to go through something like this, so why do they continue being Muslim? Why did Prophets continue to be Muslim when their entire societies rejected and attempted to kill them?

Everyone's life is a test, and people are tested in different ways. The key is to always thank Allah for what you have, and make constant du'a', for Allah mentions several times in the Qur'an that he hears all supplications. Don't fall into the trap of succumbing to the test, because you will never go through anything you cannot bear. The longer you bear, the greater your reward. Don't trade this meager life for the eternity of the next. You can do it, by Allah's will!
