Losing weight without exercise

yes, it gives a lot of heat. I didnt believe it myself untill i searched and watched a lot of videos that all say the same.

People dont seem to understand that i dont talk in absolutes. Calories do matter buit not in keto. It has to become 2nd nature to not overeat. That is the way to make it sustainable. Counbting calories and macros will keep you dieting forever. A healthy lifestyle needs body feedback, not feedback from a stupid app.

So in order of importance, depending on goal:

  1. reversing insuline resistance. This is by far the most important thing of keto. This is why its designed together with point 2.
  2. lowering inflamation by lowering omega 6. This is done by not eating vegetable oils and this is also very important. This is why people with artritis and auto immune issues are doing so well on keto.
  3. Calories, but not calories. This is done by cutting out all carbs so that the body will signal satiation again. Satiation is what counts in calories. If you stop eating when satiated (not craving) you will not overeat calories. So cico has a role but if you have to keep track manually you are doing something wrong or you are a control freak that doesnt trust his/her body. This one has to become a 2nd nature, not counted.

Im happy you agree, it is almost impossible to communicate this to this community. People here are seeing keto as a diet, not as a lifestyle.

The best way to control calories when your body doesnt signal the right way yet is omad. Its almost impossible to overeat with one meal. Offcourse you can do it but if people are that stupid to not be able to see what is really too much then no diet ever works.

One meal till satiated, no counting. Thats all thats needed untill the body signalling takes over.

Keep keto simple, dont make it a diet, diets always fail, lifestyle change doesnt.
