We were together for a year and a half (long distance) but friends in close physical proximity for over a decade. He pushed the issue to become more and I believed that he loved me for all those years. We made plans to marry and move to the same place next year so I am completely shocked. He said that the distance is the issue and that if her and I were in the same place there’d never be competition. I know he’s lying. He’s never treated me this way before so it’s such a shock but i wouldn’t be surprised if what happened to u is what happens here (where he’s with her long term) which is why I can’t allow him to have access to me. It just hurts.
