Black people have more interactions with police as a result

Here's where you completely fall apart. Stop and frisk was found to be a complete failure because they stopped blacks at 9x the rate of whites... but blacks had the exact same arrest rates.

It was shown in Ferguson that black motorists were more likely to be pulled over, but less likely than whites to have committed a crime.

How about that black criminals are sentenced on average to 20% longer sentences for the same crimes as whites? Or that they're 4x as likely to get the death penalty for the same crimes - which is also interesting, because polling shows it's generally white people who support the death penalty?
