  1. C&P exams are NOT a formality, you really do not want to have your best day when you go to one, be brutally honest and explain your situation. IMO C&Ps are the make or break for a claim.

  2. Not sure, probably? i didnt have a nexus letter or anything like that

  3. Symptoms can worsen over time and the VA knows this

  4. Never claimed tinnitus myself, dunno...would presume yes. Hopefully you told the C&P examiner what you told us.

  5. PTSD and MST take more time than what i claimed from what i hear so take my timeframe with a grain of salt...i got started in march this year, rated 70 in june (mid), applied for TDIU/increase in july (very end), ended up rated 100 scheduler towards the end of september.
