Lost since losing spirituality.

"Ignorant man child". Lol, I just see this as nothing more than a shaming tactic to force someone, a male someone to conform to a set of expectations from others. You've probably internalized it from somewhere. I've been called that many times too because I'm not married and I'm never going to because it's not in my nature. I don't really care if someone calls me that, it's their problem.

It seems to me you have too many expectations of yourself at this state you're in now. Just try and do your best and don't care what others think and don't compare yourself with your past. Do your best, to the best of your abilities. You're not a robot and you'll probably never going to please everyone and the past is gone now. If you do your best and others still disagree then it's not your problem any more. Don't try too hard, by that I mean compare your efforts to what you did to the past. Every little thing you do and every improvement is good. Just focus on the situation as it is now. Also practice vipassana meditation like I said, it'll help you see your life from a different perspective too.
