Why I love this club, and everything about it.

Yes, you're right. I try to explain this to people who don't see why we pick teams and follow team sports in general. I've never seen LFC win anything at all, but to me following football is about week by week support. I don't need to see the team lift trophies to get something back. I still experience the ups and downs. I think a lot of LFC supporters can't relate to the old days of LFC flying high, winning everything, but it's great to know that history is there at the core of the club. Just last season LFC was said to be part of the true European football aristocracy, remember during the group draws?, it's cool to follow a club with a special aura of greatness about it that fans of other teams also recognize. I've seen people wear LFC caps and other merch all over, I recently visited France and it was a nice simple joy to see a random person's cap with a Liverbird on it (it looks good on most non-player clothes btw).

I think as more and more clubs get rich owners, all competitions will get increasingly tougher. There'll be more Manchester City equivalents in the future. I want to know more about our plans of further expanding Anfield, A capacity of 80.000 would be amazing. I think it is a very important investment going forward. I don't think we'll see many empty seats even against supposed smaller teams.
