I love guns. Humans are not collectively responsible enough to have them

Ay ay ay. I understand the fear and anger in Americans right now, but foreign comedians and late night talk show hosts say “After one shooting, our government said no more guns” which is plain misinformation.

I think Singapore, NK, and China are the only countries where it’s essentially impossible for civilians to own guns. As of now, semi-automatic weapons are still legal in Canada and a lot of European nations. Pump action and straight pull rifles are still legal in almost all western countries.

Germany for example, still allows AR-15s if you’re in a gun club. Straight pull AR-15s are still legal in the UK. Semi-automatic rifles are still legal in the UK if they are chambered in .22.

America is in pain and panic mode, I understand. Still, you were never a part of the problem because you aren’t killing people. It’s mostly about WHO has access and how easily certain types of weapons can be obtained by those with access.

Guns can exist in countries where there aren’t constant mass shootings.
