I love League of Legends, but I'm losing patience with Riot

I don't think LoL is "that endangered" to other MOBAs, I'm simply saying I won't continue to financially support a game that isn't upfront about fairly significant enhancements.

Where you are wrong is we as customers are absolutely 100% entitled to responses when enough people ask for them. Of course, every time 1 customer has a complaint the CEO doesn't have to stop what they are doing to answer it. BUT, if enough people come knocking, ANY company that wants to continue to be successful with some longevity, better answer their customers/investors/whomever when they come asking questions.

Side note: using the phrase (as most younger folks I encounter will use) "You're entitled to nothing...go elsewhere" is ironic in that it is such an entitled way to look at it, and makes this entire exchange much more polarizing than it needs to be. Use some restraint when getting your opinion across and it will lead to a much more productive discussion. Although if you are just looking for getting the "He is right vote" from the random guy that agrees with you, then comes down a maturity issue which I cannot help you with.

To end my clarification though - Just because I don't like some things doesn't mean I'll quit playing, I will quit paying though. And, yes, technically it is a 'free' game. But, that's the business model, and it is simply one that generates more income than traditional up-front investment games. This is fairly well understood at this point, and anyone who thinks Riot meant to keep this game free and support it just because is a dumb argument. Microtransactions are an incredible marketing tool, and allows for a lot of flexibility in getting people invested in the game with their time. Once they have time in it, money is almost guaranteed to follow for the large majority of players.
