I've only just taken delivery of my Rift S and am genuinely considering getting a refund for it. I've tried all their fixes, most of the fixed I've seen online and none of it has worked. I'm still yet to hear back from the support staff, but overall I've spent 2 days of just trying different things.

When the issues first started, the app said there was an issue with the camera/sensors. Then it was magically fixed and the issue changed over to the usb connection, then to the display port connection. Now it's just an eternal struggle between the usb constantly disconnecting every 10 seconds, and the display port not giving a crap about the rift that's been plugged into it.

I'm really just considering biting the bullet and getting a Vive or Valve Index.
