We love our LEGAL immigrants don't we folks

You know my wife is a legal immigrant. People just don't fucking get it. They have no idea how hard it is to get here in the first place legally.

Basically it works like this. One way is you have family here and you get sponsored, and then you get into line. Because of the rampant illegal immigration that line is about 10-12 years long.

The other way is you win whats called a diversity lottery. Basically they put out 55k or so visas a year for the entire world and you throw your lot in to see if you can win. If you do you get to come here and make a life for yourself.

She used some social programs. Moved here, learned the language, worked as a dish washer, then a waitress, all the while going to school. Now she has a good job, and we both live a decent middle class lifestyle.

The problem is that every Mexican, a large number of which are illegal think they have every right to come here and do as they please. They use whatever services they can, have their children educated here, and pay no mind to the law and the struggle that every other migrant has to face.

Here is my real and true personal gripe with this mentality. My wife's brother is still overseas and his daughter is the same age as our son. They should be cousins and great friends. They are in the back of the line, and we will be lucky if they get to meet each other before they are the age I am today.

So think about that the next time you see them running through the streets waving Mexican flags and acting like they own the place. This is our last chance to stop it. If we don't act today they will change the demographics irreparably and there will be defacto legalization of immigration to this country for Mexican regardless of American law.
