Low FPS after patch 1.27(Ill-Gotten Gains)

[SOLVED] SOLUTION: I reinstalled my original "GTA V Optimized NVidia Drivers" using Windows Device Manager. Originally I started, by clicking "Roll Back Drivers", only to learn that it simply reverts to the previously released/installed driver available on your PC. And there were many drivers that were rolled out since the GTA V PC launch. So I went back, and clicked "Update Driver", then "Browse Computer Locally", because I already knew that version 350.12 was somewhere on my computer. Now this is the hard part. The naming standards by NVidia to their drivers, for their official press releases, and for Windows Device Manager is entirely different. After a quick glance I immediately realized that the last five digits meant the version number of the driver. You simply click the appropriate driver "version 9.18.13.5012" (which is version 350.12), dated on April 8th, 2015. Then click next, install drivers. Reboot PC. Start up GTA V again. And presto, I am averaging 60 fps, using same exact graphics settings. Here is a screenshot I took and posted to elaborate. I think everyone knows how to roll back drivers though. Just remember to stay on 350.12 from now on, unless Rockstar says they are basing it on something else. https://scontent.flas1-2.fna.fbcdn.net/hphotos-xtf1/v/t1.0-9/11415341_735076599935131_7208276582301923685_n.jpg?oh=f796e9f85e2c37a2be5600449a133277&oe=5633D090 SOURCE: http://www.reddit.com/r/gtaonline/comments/39e00e/extremely_variable_fps_postupdate♥♥♥♥♥♥share&ref_source=link This really solved my problem, im using Nvidia, i dont know if it works on other graphic cards.
