This may be an unpopular opinion but I’d suggest going to a community college and taking as many classes as you can to get a 4.0. This will add to your cGPA and sGPA. Take everything you didn’t take in undergrad that would count: cell bio, Orgo, orgo II, chem II, anatomy, physiology, Biochem, etc. If you’ve taken literally all med prereqs already, you must have done poorly in some. Take them again. Also, check out the required list of prereqs across all DO and MD schools and take those if you have nothing to take (English, literature, psychology come to mind).

If this isn’t an option, apply broadly to DO schools. You should get in with that mcat
