Low school shooting numbers?

I see what your saying about them have that one target person or small group of people but you still see HUGE casualty numbers and I dont get how you mess that up in a school setting if your goal truly was JUST kill as many as you can. I have gone shooting many times before, granted mostly rifle but also some handgun and I understand that hitting some won in the head in a hallway setting isn't easy if they are running and if you hit a person lets say across the hall they might be able to get away but once the shooter starts the school will go into a lock-down for all kids who are in a classroom. When a lock-down happens all the kids get into one corner usually behind a teachers desk and away from the door and then they cover the door window. Most school shooters had gone to either that school or a school and would know this. So taking a typical classroom of 30 kids in a corner it wouldn't take much for you to get 15 rounds off then reload while people are freaking the fuck out. But I do understand how it happens that not many people are killed and I am very thankful for that.
