Lowe's Cancelled Order on Mis-priced item

I recently had a very frustrating issue with a Home Depot online order and after a back and forth with customer service I was angered to the point I found the CEOs email and emailed him about the situation. I didn't really expect much result and just kinda figured it would probably just get deleted or something but the next day a lady pretty high up in the corporate structure of the company called me wanting to resolve the issue. At the end of our conversation I had been refunded all my money and received the product absolutely free. While they may have you legally check mated with their terms and conditions companies hate negative publicity and you may attain some results that way.
