No one talks about anyone on men's day. No one.. That's the point. Society panders to women. Not men.

It's a good thing I don't give a shit about either, seriously only stupid people need to celebrate a day for their fucking gender... But when it comes to visibility it's comical to think the two are shared in the same light. They aren't. Partly because men also realize how stupid that day is.

I can tell you for a fact the studio I work at with 3000 people definitely went around and collected money for a woman's charity, pins, free lunch event on women's Day and not a thing on men's. Not a thing. Sexism is real but in today's society it's against men.
