LPT: Are you are a male who doesn't do well in competitive sports? Pretend to be transgender. You'll be able to compete against women and wipe the floor with them.

After a year of having one's testosterone levels reduced to average female levels, which is required by the Olympics and most other major athletic organizations before trans women can compete with cisgender women, any muscle mass previously built up under the influence of testosterone is gone.

I can't fathom how that could possibly be true.

And about height - what about it? Former WNBA star Malgorzata Dydek was cisgender and 7’2”, and the average WNBA player is about 6'. The average woman in the US is 5'5". Random genetic luck gave Malgorzata a major athletic advantage , because she was nearly two feet taller than the average woman.

Should exceptionally tall women be excluded from professional basketball, because genetic and hormonal luck resulted in morphological differences that give them an atypical bone structure? And what about short trans women? Does a 6'2" cis woman have an unfair athletic advantage over a 5'6" trans women when playing basketball?

That's disingenuous. There is a huge difference in height between men and women. Just because genetics plays a role in sports doesn't mean that men and women are the same, and the difference between men and women is larger than the difference among them. I don't know why you're bringing up extreme outliers like Malgorzata Dydek as if they were relevant. The tallest man was 8'11, and would theoretically have an advantage over anyone - that doesn't mean he should play with the women just because "it's already unfair anyway".
