LPT: if you need somewhere to work/relax with friendly staff, nice AC, plenty of seating, free WiFi, and available all across the US, you’re in luck! There are more public libraries in the US than there are Starbucks or McDonalds! And you’re under no obligation to buy anything to sit there

I never said that homelessness wasn’t the fault of capitalism. Going straight for the “class traitor” line right off the bat is a little extreme. All I pointed out was my university letting random people who harass students on campus is weird.

Just because the system is purposely designed to make people homeless, then make homelessness hell on earth doesn’t mean homeless people can’t cause problems. Sure everything is built to make escaping homelessness as hard as possible, but homeless people can still be asshole or dangerous.

Also LPT from someone who is probably more “left” than you can understand: Don’t throw insults in the first line of your comment. You are more likely to polarize people you try to argue against and have them disregard anything you say that way.
