LPT: Swishing with water after finishing a coffee or chai can prevent years of yellowing to your teeth

I don't care if my teeth are yellow, I'm just happy I still have the ones I'm supposed to, even the molars that the dentists pestered me about for years.

I think I still have teeth because of genetics and constant final rinses after eating or drinking anything with sugar in it... So pretty much rinsing after everything.

I don't brush often floss maybe once a week as I feel it would be useful. I hate having stuff stuck in my teeth. My tongue tells me if there is anything building up, and gum bleeding tells me to floss a bit more.

Listen to your body, and try your best to understand what it needs and what it doesn't. But don't be crazy about it. Empirical evidence would suggest that my method works for me, but most would probably be toothless if they followed my routines.

For instance, I love carbonated water. Just the water carbonated, I'll tolerate the essenced stuff. But it is the effect of the carbonation I crave. However I literally never drink the sugar water called "soda" or "pop". It is disgusting.

I constantly explore for particles with my tongue. Gross, huh?

I only have bad breath occasionally from sinus issues that are exacerbated by pressure, humidity and allergies. Well, that and if coffee is the last thing I consumed. I like the aftertaste of coffee straight, and will wait to rinse. That might make my mouth more acidic, but, I still have the teeth, so.
