LPT: When unsubscribing from a service online, take a screen shot of the finalized screen as proof in the event they try to bill you again against your will.

Used to work there some years ago. Had idiots like youcountless times. I can guarantee, that its not scam and its 100% your own fault.

Here is proof why you dingus.

  • When you quit, you get a confirmation per email. I bet you dont have one for your "original quitting day" because you didnt read the text on the website. When you try to quit the website asks you first if you are really sure and gives you a 50% discount, and here is where some people think that they have quit the subscription but they havent and just close the page.

The worker then knew that you are a dumbass too stupid to read and didnt want to bother explaining it to you. So he gave you your money back. Legaly they are not requiered to give you shit back because its your own fault, but they do anyway.

  • How can you get charged 92$ without noticing?

  • When the worker quit your subscription you then got 100% an email confirmation about it.

Now here is how you got yourself in this problem, like oh soo many people. You started a test subscription and did not read the 3 or 4 warnings on the website, that you will be charged at the end of the test subscription. Its litteraly 1 warning on the front page, then before you start the subscription and then in the confirmation email that you have started it and then again in your profile that you will be charged in 30 days.

Had fun times there. When people like you called i made sure to explain them really good why this is their own fault in a as polite as possible way.

99% of the other customers are really nice and i can say only good things about audible as a service and an employer, and can recommend anyone to work there as a job.

Sure there are idiots that call you, but after a time you just dont give a shit.
