I, personally, feel it's invasive. The difference is that I'll say my opinion instead of projecting it onto some stranger I know nothing about. The original commenter saw a notification about their coworker and asked them to stay. That's all we know. You try to turn it into some crazy narrative where this person is responsible for the coworker leaving. It's completely fabricated. I have a problem when people fabricate stories to attack others. Just say you think confronting the coworker over the notification was creepy.
