LSH - a religious show watcher (and theory reader) but not book reader says no!

Okay, we have seen the actual consequences of LSH in the books. We have not seen the consequences of Jon's resurrection, be it by fire, or by ice (even though I have made it apparent which side I lean towards). You have to ask yourself, if Jon gets resurrected as a sentient wight, which is heavily forshadowed with Coldhands in the books, what will that mean in terms of his identity, his power in his own story, and just how he relates to the Others, or humanity. In a way, you could argue he had plot armor back when he killed Half-Hand, it just is in the books, it all follows its own internal logic. If Jon is resurrected as the spirit of vengeance in the name of the Lord of Light, who demands human sacrifice for power, like Shireen, is this something we should celebrate or mourn?

You haven't read the books. You'll have to excuse me if I think your opinions on LSH are unsubstantiated, even if I don't think she will appear in the show, the time for it has passed. They showed Berric on screen, they explained how he was constantly reraised, resurrection is a part of the fabric of the GoT universe, even if you dislike it. Did you stop watching the show then? Did you start thinking that death was not meant to be feared? I mean, the work fucking continues, are you against Cleganebowl? It sounds like you are. How do you feel about Bran using the wierwood network to travel back in time, in so many words? And if you think the show doesn't have plot armor, look no further then Arya, Sam, and Tyrion. All would have died if it wasn't for being fan favourites.

Jon will be changed irrevocably, just like LSH, and if you think that FTW results in anything but the death of Jon Snow as we knew him, you haven't been paying attention. Kill the boy, the man be born. Prophecies are not happy occurrences.
