People here have been way too emotionally invested in him and he does seem to love the spotlight and the attention. He has definitely mastered certain, shall we say, 'manipulative' tactics that he surely learned during his many years of counterintelligence work.

But do I believe he was exposed to some crazy UFO shit while working at AATIP? Absolutely. Which is why I can't write him off completely, no matter how much he annoys me with his smirking "I can't tell you, but I know some shit" attitude.

As for the people who are mad that he has been talking about remote viewing and stuff, it should be no surprise. The guy worked closely with Hal Puthoff and basically considers him a mentor.
