That's why they said it is a placeholder. Don't know why people expected it to be a week-long placeholder, it is a basic name because they had to get rid of the old name before getting a new one. They never said they will aim big with this name - they knew from the get-go they are going for a strong 2021 start with the new factory, new name, new regulations.

That's why they copied the 2019 Mercedes - they don't want to bother with developing a 2020 car, they are already looking at 2021.

Honestly, I am getting tired of this shitstorm that is pouring over the-team-with-the-multiple-names-currently-based-in-Silverstone.
