All footage was captured in Long War, with the exception of a single scene. I deliberately avoided the action camera as much as possible, and used manual camera controls as much as I could. I used the Developers Console extensively, and by the end I had become intimately acquainted with its mechanics and foibles. To use the Developers Console for Long War Download it for LW here. Aliens | |
DropSectoid | spawns an enemy sectoid. Substitute any alien name for sectoid to drop any alien. Note that if the alien type isn't loaded in the mission, its pawn won't appear, but you can save and reload and it will. Also note that an Ethereal is called an 'Elder' and a Berserker is called 'MutonBerserker'. Don't try to spawn the UberEthereal - it will crash your game. |
