Question: I used to be a wrestler, weight class 220 and I played football. I would bulk for football to 240-260 and would cut back down to 215-220 in like a month and a half. Did that for three seasons, and once I graduated I just stuck to lifting. My weight just keep climbing and climbing . I was slightly bulky at around 260 then I stopped and focused on school when I got back on the scale I was 320. I gained 100 pounds in the 2 years since I graduated high school. Now my methods for cutting weight in high school were extremely unhealthy, I would eat one meal for two days and still practice 3 hours a day. I don’t want to cut down in a unhealthy way but I still want to do it rather quickly, how do I go about doing that?
