This is three hours apart. I have been training for nearly four years and have fluctuated heavily in weight during this period. I reached a new low in weight today at 136lbs as I've been focusing on my school studies - and social drinking.
This is to showcase what muscle memory does, even when only accounting for pumps, not actual growth (I weigh the same). There's a bit of lighting at play here too, but not too unfaithful to my actual physique while pumped.
I did a few sets of bench and OHP and called it a day as my work capacity is silly low right now. If I were to actually commit to a bulk to around 165lbs, many would probably accuse me of PED use.
