Supplements I take are whey Isolate (25g), creatine monohydrate (5g), BCAA 2:1:1 ratio, and multi-vitamins. Occasionally I'll drink a weight gainer shake in replacement of a meal.
For my diet I honestly just estimate what I'm taking in and it's some what constant. For breakfast I'll usually have 2-4 eggs with 1-2 cups of oatmeal and maybe some protein pancakes. For lunch I'll have 2 cups of brown rice with a cup of broccoli and 2 salmon fillets. My third meal changes depending on how I feel that day can range from many different meals. I also snack inbetween meals throughout the day. Protein bars, mixed nuts, celery and peanut-butter, and avocados.
Now my routine consist of 5-6 days in the gym with usually Mondays off. I have a chest and tricep day, back and bicep day, delts with traps day, leg day, and honestly I just started throwing in an arm day every two weeks or so. All my days rotate and never stay in the same routine. A lot of my workouts are drop sets and super sets and normally like 8-15 X 5.
