I'm not there yet in terms of volume. Just wondering was there a period in your journey you hit a huge plateau you thought you couldn't break through, but still managed or has it been mainly smooth sailing?

I'm asking because I made very slowly but surely gains for about 1,5 years. Was super skinny 50kg and struggles hitting 10 reps on bench with only the bar. Now for a while I've stagnated at 55kg for 8-10 reps and I just can't seem to break through it, my body doesn't allow me, even though I'm about 500kcal over maintenance cals every day. I'm 180cm 75kg atm. I'd say around 15% BF. Logically nothing should stop me from managing constant progressive overload.
