Thank you for your support. I agree, the way it was worded was not encouraging at all. I wish I could edit the title to say ~13% instead, or just not have mentioned it at all.

I'm not really trying to build abs, as I would be fine with just a toned stomach. I've never had abs in my life, and I don't see the necessity to have them as I I'm pretty satisfied with how defined I am already. However, I would like my chest to be far more defined and bigger. My pectorals, shoulders, biceps, and triceps are what I'm more focused on than anything. That and cardio, I do about 30 to 45 minutes of it 3 to 4 times a week.

I was also on blood pressure meds on the left half of the picture. I'm not on them anymore because I've got my blood pressure low enough that they aren't needed.
